AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS

- Our florist hand-select only the freshest and finest seasonal flowers before personally crafting them into individual bouquets for you.
- Flowers cited in the quotation are subjected to availability. Should any flowers be unavailable or unsuitable for use due to various reasons such as bad weather, late freight delivery, poor quality, importer issues etc, other types of suitable flowers will be substituted according. Rest assured that we will keep in mind your selected theme and create accordingly.
- Your actual flowers may not look exactly like those in the photos because flowers are natural plants which comes in various shades of colours and shapes. We will do our best to meet customers' expectations but we seek your understanding that some flowers may differ from edited photographs on websites.  

 

How can I prolong the fresh flowers stays looking as beautiful as possible?

- We seek your understanding that fresh flower don’t last forever. However, we would share some little tricks & tips so you could ensure the longevity of your flowers extend the life of your blooms.

- Cut the stems: Trim 1-2 inches off the end of each steam and cut at an angle for better water intake. Re-trimming your flowers every few days for a fresh and clean stem.
- Change the water: Fill it the clean vase with room temperature water. Check the quality of the vase water, change the water every other day if it is slightly cloudy and re-cut the stems.
- Place at suitable location: Flowers will last longer in a room with cool temperatures. Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight. You’ll also want to avoid placing your flowers away from any fruit or vegetables too.

 

HOW DO I SECURE WEDDING HUTS SERVICES?

- A deposit of 70% of the full payment must be made to reserve the preferred date and confirm our services.
- For order less than $500, a full payment is required.
- For order more than $500, a 70% deposit is required. The remaining payment is required to be made(via fund transfer) 7 days prior to the event date.

 

WHAT IF I HAVE CHANGES OF IDEAS AFTER DEPOSIT PAID?

- No changes to confirmed orders except for exchanges to items of at least the same value.
- Once a deposit is made and orders are confirmed, the ordered bill amount cannot be reduced. However, you can make exchanges with other items/services of at least the same value. It's still possible to make changes 2 months before your wedding date on the colour palette, flower items.

 

what is the cancellation terms?

- All confirmed orders will be subjected to a 50% cancellation charge.

 

what is the delivery charges?

- There will be additional charges for delivery and set-up, which will be stated in the quotation. Delivery service is only guaranteed upon confirmation of order with payment.
- Delivery charges typically range from $30 to $80 depending on venue and volume.
- Delivery and venue set-up charges start from $100-$150 depending on venue and volume.

- All containers, stands, fabric, materials and props etc are to be returned after the event (unless otherwise stated).
- Any lost or damaged item will be considered as sold item.
